Production Operator – Cement Products Manufacturing

Own transport required due to site location
£13.04 per hour (weekly pay )
Monday to Friday | 6:30am – 4:00pm

WB Employment is currently recruiting for a Production Operator to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Wick, Bristol. This role involves working with cement-based products within a busy production and yard environment.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work and is looking for stable, long-term employment with opportunities to progress.
Main Responsibilities
- Mixing and preparing cement-based materials
- Assisting with the manufacture of concrete products
- Operating production machinery and equipment
- Moving materials around the yard safely
- Supporting general production and housekeeping duties
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable and hardworking individuals
- Comfortable working in a physical environment
- Previous production, manufacturing, construction, or labouring experience is beneficial
- FLT experience or licence advantageous, but not essential
- Good team player with a positive attitude
Working Environment
This role will involve working indoors and outdoors in a dusty and physically demanding environment. Full PPE and training will be provided.
