ROLE: Moves Operative
HOURS: 37.5 hours a week
LOCATION: Ware

We're looking for a Moves Operative who will ensure all services provided are delivered to agreed service levels in an efficient, professional and customer‑focused way, with a strong emphasis on safety, compliance and customer satisfaction.
Role Responsibilities:
- Monitor the performance of customers' third‑party suppliers and report any service issues.
- On occasion, drive a Luton van across the local site.
- Work with the management team and clients to ensure the best possible service and resolve any concerns.
- Register and process customer requests using multiple IT‑based systems.
- Perform plant room cleaning duties to standards and frequencies that meet client expectations.
Required Qualifications:
- Full UK driving licence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer focus.
- Basic knowledge of computer software.
