The Role
Due to our continued success and expansion within the heating sector, we are currently recruiting for a Heating Service Engineer to join our growing team throughout Northern Ireland.
This role will involve servicing, commissioning, maintenance and breakdown works across a range of domestic and commercial heating systems, depending on previous experience and qualifications.
The Service Engineer must be able to work both independently and alongside a wider team of operations and technical staff to achieve project goals. The successful candidate will work across a variety of residential, commercial and industrial sites.
The Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Servicing, maintenance and commissioning of heating systems
- Fault finding and troubleshooting heating system issues
- Carrying out breakdown and repair works
- Ensuring all equipment is functioning properly and meets industry standards
- Providing technical support to operations teams and customers
- Maintaining excellent customer service standards at all times
Essential Criteria
The successful candidate should possess:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience within the heating industry in a relevant role (gas and/or oil)
- Relevant domestic, commercial or oil qualifications
- Full clean driving licence
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable Criteria
- Commercial gas experience and/or qualifications (COCN1 etc.)
- OFTEC qualifications
- Electrical experience
- Breakdown experience
- Experience working across both domestic and commercial environments

Total potential earnings up to £50k.
