I'm currently recruiting for a full-time Stock Controller opportunity with an established British contemporary designer fashion brand based in London.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented retail operations professional looking to join a fast-paced premium fashion environment, playing a key role in ensuring smooth stock flow and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities:
- ️ Managing all stock movement in and out of store
- ️ Processing deliveries, transfers, returns and inventory adjustments accurately
- ️ Maintaining strong stockroom organisation and operational efficiency
- ️ Supporting stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliations
- ️ Working closely with the sales floor team to ensure product availability
- ️ Monitoring stock discrepancies and supporting loss prevention procedures
- ️ Maintaining high standards of back-of-house operations
We're looking for candidates who have:
✔️ Previous stock control / stock operations experience within fashion retail
✔️ Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
✔️ Experience working within fast-paced retail environments
✔️ A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
✔️ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✔️ A genuine interest in premium / contemporary fashion retail
