AG Hotels Group invites applications for the position of General Assistant for Runmere Hotel, Runcorn. We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering excellent service and supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with check-ins, check-outs, and general enquiries.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across guest rooms and public areas.
- Support daily operations assisting in basic food preparation, and ensuring hygiene standards are met.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and follow hotel policies and procedures.
- Report maintenance issues and ensure health and safety standards are upheld.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth running of all hotel operations.
Flexibility Requirements:
- Must be flexible to work any shift between 6 am - 11 pm
- Must be available to work weekends and bank holidays as required.
- Willing to assist across different areas of the hotel based on business needs.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
