About the role
You would be leading the team at our two homes with one registration at the same location supporting 14 individuals with learning disabilities, autism and other complex needs.
We are offering a competitive salary of circa £44,500 dependant on experience, working hours are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09.00-17.00 with a 30-minute unpaid break. You would also join the on-call rota so a driving licence and car are essential.
What we are looking for:
· Experience of managing a CQC regulated learning disabilities service and delivering exceptional care and success for the people being supported
· A person-centred manager who is dedicated to improving the quality of life and driving positive outcomes for the people we support at all opportunities; and creating a nurturing home environment where they feel safe and secure
· An inspiring leader who can build and develop the staff team, empowering them to provide the best possible standards of care and support
· NVQ 5 or equivalent qualification in Health and Social Care
· Someone who understands and has experience of DOLS, mental capacity act, care act, safeguarding and CQC regulations
