The Job:
The role of Cleaning Assistant at Napier is to provide a clean and safe work environment for all students, staff and visitors to the university.
The job is part time, 15 hours per week, 6am – 9am Monday – Friday and we will need you to clean offices, kitchens, labs, meeting rooms, stairways, toilets, showers etc – basically anywhere that is being used by students, academics or support staff.
If you have worked in a large institution or in public sector before, then this will suit you to a tee.
If you have worked in a care home or catering environment, you will likely have the transferrable skills to do this, so why not submit an application?
We have 2 roles available, one at our Merchiston campus and one at our Craiglockhart campus.

Hourly rate: £13:45 p/h
Contract: Part Time – 15 hr/wk, Permanent
Hours: 6am – 9am, Mon – Fri
Benefits: Paid holiday entitlement based on 41 days (pro rata)
