Job Title: Guest Checkout Cleaner

We are building a fast-moving team for short-stay property turnovers across Portsmouth.
This is not standard domestic cleaning. This role suits reliable people who like flexible work, fast-paced environments, and independent working.
Properties are prepared between guest check-outs and new arrivals, meaning cleaners must be organised, punctual, and available during daytime hours.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare guest properties between stays
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces
- Hoover, mop, dust, and reset the property
- Replace bedding and towels
- Restock guest essentials including tea, coffee, and toiletries
- Follow digital checklists using property management apps
- Report issues directly to management
Requirements:
- Own transport (preferred but not required)
- Own cleaning products (preferred)
- Smartphone required
- Comfortable following app-based instructions
- Reliable and available at any notice
- Attention to detail
- Previous cleaning experience (preferred but not required)
