Position: Sunday Supervisor
Hours: 7.30am-2.45pm
Location: Backwell
Parsons Bakery is a well-established, family-run bakery known for quality products and great customer service. We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Sunday Supervisor to help lead our team during our busy weekend trading hours.
The Role
As Sunday Supervisor, you will take responsibility for the smooth running of the store during weekend shifts, supporting the team and ensuring customers receive excellent service at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising the store during weekend shifts
- Leading and motivating the team on duty
- Delivering high standards of customer service
- Opening and closing the store when required
- Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards are met
- Managing stock levels, availability, and waste
- Handling customer queries and resolving issues confidently
- Supporting new team members and setting a positive example
About You
- Previous experience in retail, food, or hospitality (supervisory experience preferred)
- Confident, responsible, and organised
- A hands-on approach with a positive attitude
- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and available to work weekends
