Fabricator Welder – Andover
Are you an experienced Fabricator Welder looking for a permanent, full-time role with excellent shift allowances? Our client, a leading manufacturer, is seeking a skilled Fabricator Welder to work Monday to Thursday, 21:00 to 06:45, based in Andover.
As a Fabricator Welder, you’ll be working with MAG welding techniques to join metal parts, cutting and welding materials to precise specifications from technical drawings provided by the Rail Design Team. This is a fantastic chance for a detail-oriented professional to contribute to high-quality products in a dynamic environment.

Fabricator Welder responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings to produce components within strict specifications
- Utilise MAG welding techniques to join metal parts accurately
- Ensure all products meet high-quality standards before moving to the next production stage
- Maintain excellent housekeeping and comply with health & safety guidelines at all times
- Work flexibly within a team to meet production deadlines and business needs
- Use Oxy-Acetylene heating equipment and digital bevel gauges where required
- Apply a Right First Time (RFT) approach to all fabrication tasks
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Fabricator Welder, ideally with MAG welding skills
- Ability to read and work from technical drawings
- Experience working with fine tolerances and polishing techniques
- Familiarity with Oxy-Acetylene equipment and digital bevel gauges
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
