Summary
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias to join our team in Featherstone. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our manufacturing processes, directly contributing to our mission of delivering high-quality products globally.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues promptly.
- Interpret schematics and technical drawings to guide maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime during maintenance operations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of electrical troubleshooting and electrical systems.
- Strong knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and schematics.
- Proficiency in mechanical systems.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer or similar role.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Working hours
- Mon-Thurs 07:00-16:15, Fri 07:00-12:00
