We are looking for a reliable and organised Property Manager to run the day-to-day operations of our Airbnb portfolio in Prime Central London. This is a hybrid role — mostly remote with some in-person visits for property checks and coordination. You will be the main point of contact for cleaners, guests, and maintenance. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate cleaners and cleaning schedules Handle guest communications on Airbnb (check-in/out, enquiries, issues) Monitor cleaning quality and property standards Manage maintenance requests and access Keep calendars and systems up to date Occasional property visits for inspections and quality control What we’re looking for: Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Good written and spoken English Proactive and reliable Based in London and able to travel to properties when needed Experience in hospitality, property management, or customer service is helpful but not essential — full training will be given
