The Role
As Chef de Partie, you’ll play an important role in shaping the future of our kitchen. Working closely with the Head Chef and wider team, you’ll help create beautiful fresh food while contributing to a strong, respectful, and motivated kitchen culture.

Responsibilities
- Take ownership of a designated section of the kitchen
- Prepare, cook, and present fresh homemade dishes to a consistently high standard
- Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to support daily kitchen operations
- Help maintain a positive, organised, and collaborative kitchen environment
- Support and encourage junior members of the team
- Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and kitchen organisation
- Contribute ideas for seasonal dishes, specials, and menu development
- Deliver calm, efficient service during busy periods
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role within a fresh food kitchen
- Passion for cooking and working with exceptional ingredients
- A positive attitude and strong team mentality
- Someone who wants to help build a supportive and motivated kitchen culture
- Pride in consistency, presentation, and quality
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Calm under pressure with a willingness to learn and grow
