Duties
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the food manufacturing sector through market research and networking.

- Develop customised proposals and presentations tailored to client needs, showcasing our products and services effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and meet client expectations.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning and positioning.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the organisation’s offerings and expand professional networks.
Skills
- Proven experience in business development within food manufacturing.
- Experience in food manufacturing or FMCG is a must.
- Strong understanding of CRM software for managing sales processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
- Organised with a strategic mindset, capable of analysing data to identify growth opportunities.
- Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
