The Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Electrical Trainer / Assessor to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to pass on your knowledge, inspire learners, and play a key role in developing future engineers entering the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality gas training to learners of all levels
- Support, assess, and mentor trainees throughout their learning journey
- Ensure training is engaging, practical, and aligned with industry standards
- Maintain accurate learner records and assessments
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our training programmes
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified and experienced Electrical Engineer (NVQ essential)
- Strong industry knowledge and a passion for teaching
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, energetic attitude that fits our vibrant team culture
- Previous training or assessing experience is desirable (but not essential – training can be provided)
