We’re looking for experienced Electricians to carry out boiler wire-ups as part of our installation programme. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside skilled install engineers, with regular, consistent work and the flexibility of a field-based role.
You’ll be wiring and connecting domestic boiler systems in occupied, private properties, ensuring a safe and compliant service while representing a trusted national brand.
You will need
- City & Guilds Electrical Installations or equivalent L3 NVQ
- Level 3 Technical Certificate including the national Electrotechnical Training (NET) AM2 Certificate
- Up to date City & Guilds 2382 – b.s. 7671 IET Wiring regulation certificate - 18th edition
- City & Guilds Installation and Testing 2391 OR 2394 AND 2395
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience post qualification, with proven ability and experience in boiler wire-ups and/or central heating systems (S & Y plans)
- Ladders that conform to BS EN 131 to access lofts and other areas. A combination style step ladder, or 2 ladders (one to access lofts and an A-Frame style ladder for accessing boilers at height)
- Full UK driving licence (max 6 points)
- LTD company status – if not currently held, we can discuss alternative engagement options.
- Own roadworthy, bulkheaded van
- ASHP experience desirable
