An exciting opportunity has opened for a Warehouse Administrator near Newbury. This role plays an important part in supporting the day-to-day logistics and inventory operations that keep the warehouse running efficiently.
Working closely with warehouse, operations and returns teams, you’ll help manage order processing, stock control and shipping administration.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to improving processes and supporting a collaborative team focused on efficiency and accuracy. Previous experience in warehouse administration, stock control or transport coordination would be beneficial.

Pay & Shift:
- £30,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday
- 8.30am to 5.00pm
Key responsibilities:
- Processing orders ready for picking
- Preparing documentation for outbound shipping and processing inbound goods receipts
- Liaising with customers and supply chain partners regarding deliveries
- Monitoring deliveries using haulage partner transport portals
- Preparing commercial invoices for international shipments
- Conducting daily cycle counts of SKUs
- Investigating and resolving stock discrepancies and monitoring internal stock transfers
- Supporting inbound and outbound quality control checks
- Responding to customer queries
- Assisting with stocktaking and data entry
What you’ll need:
- Experience in warehouse administration, logistics or transport coordination
- Familiarity with UK road haulage operations or pallet networks
- Previous inventory or stock control experience (advantageous)
- Strong attention to detail and numeracy/literacy skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
