We are a small, growing home improvement company looking to employ a reliable and practical Handyperson / Multi-Skilled Operative to join our team on a self employed basis
Days and hours are flexible and open to negotiation, making this role ideal for someone seeking additional work.

- Working independently on a variety of general maintenance and home improvement tasks
- Jobs mainly based in Lincoln, with some work in Gainsborough
- Travel between jobs required

What We’re Looking For
- Confident working alone and managing your own workload
- Practical skills across a range of tasks (general repairs, basic carpentry, decorating, maintenance, etc.)
- Reliable, trustworthy, and punctual
- Professional and friendly when dealing with customers
- Own transport required
- Own tools essential
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in maintenance or a similar role (preferred)
Location
- Based mainly in Lincoln, with some cover in Gainsborough
- Work is on the road
