The Opportunity
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Assistant to join our client's team in London. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring customer enquiries are handled efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional, friendly, and efficient customer service through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Process customer orders, requests, and account updates accurately.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems.
- Escalate complex enquiries to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Support administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Build positive relationships with customers while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and data protection requirements.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve individual and team performance objectives.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience in a customer service, retail, hospitality, or administrative role is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.

- Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
