Requirements:
Experience as an activity instructor ideally working with children:
· Able to promote our core company values of discipline, integrity and confidence.
· Capable of delivering fun and engaging classes to groups of 20-30 students.
· An entrepreneurial spirit, able to work independently with initiative
· Goal-driven, with a desire to develop professionally and financially
· Passionate about working with children between the ages of 6 and 11
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly reliable with exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach 10 sessions per week (10-hours per week)
- Attend 2-hours per week, paid staff training per week
- Communicate/Engage effectively with students
- Drive to different locations for the sessions.
- Develop and consolidate relationships with parents and other partners.
- Incorporate our core company values of discipline, integrity and confidence into the sessions.
Compensation:
At a starting wage averaging £31.25 per hour, we offer highly competitive pay.
Teaching 10 hours per week, with 2 hours fully paid training, this will equate to:
£1500 per month
Career progression:
As you refine your skills within London TKD, you can expect to see a pay rise within 6 months as you receive a promotion to become a London TKD Area Partner.
Our payment ladder goes all the way up to £60,000 per year. More details will be discussed during interviews.
