Overview
We are seeking motivated and dynamic individuals to join our sales team as ECO 4 Sales Door Knockers.Rates start from £750 per lead. Minimum 7 Leads a month expected from you. This role involves engaging with potential clients directly at their premises to promote our energy-saving solutions. The ideal candidate will be confident, personable, and possess excellent communication skills, with a keen interest in sustainable energy and sales. This position offers an excellent opportunity for those looking to develop their sales expertise while earning substantial commissions through direct customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door visits to prospective clients within assigned territories, presenting ECO 4 energy solutions effectively.
- Identify and qualify potential customers through engaging conversations and active listening.
- Negotiate terms and close sales by demonstrating the benefits of our products and services.
- Maintain organised records of customer interactions, appointments, and sales progress using IT tools.
- Manage your own schedule efficiently to maximise daily outreach and sales opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, concerns, and providing tailored solutions.
- Follow up with potential clients to nurture leads and build long-term relationships.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in C2C sales or direct customer engagement is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Valid driving licence and the ability to travel within designated areas confidently.
- Good organisational skills with effective time management to optimise daily activities.
- Basic IT skills for maintaining records and using digital tools efficiently.
- Customer service experience is desirable, demonstrating a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while meeting targets.

Pay: £33,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
