We are looking for a Relationship Manager to join our team in Abingdon.
This is not a traditional recruitment role. We are not a high-pressure, commission-driven business and we do not operate a boiler-room sales culture. Instead, we focus on building trusted relationships, delivering exceptional service and helping schools solve their staffing challenges.
Many of our schools have worked with us for years and rely on us as a trusted partner. Your role will be to build on those relationships, support schools with their staffing needs and help deliver the high standards of service we are known for.

What You'll Be Doing
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with schools and education professionals
- Becoming a trusted point of contact for your schools
- Supporting schools with their day-to-day staffing requirements
- Matching suitable candidates to opportunities within schools
- Delivering exceptional customer service to both schools and candidates
- Working closely with colleagues to achieve the best outcomes for our clients
- Developing existing relationships and identifying opportunities to grow accounts
What We're Looking For
You do not need previous recruitment experience.
Many of our most successful employees joined us from outside the recruitment industry.
We are interested in people who enjoy working with others and have strong communication, organisation and relationship-building skills.
You may currently work in:
Education, Customer Service, Account Management, Hospitality, Estate Agency, Healthcare, Sales, Administration
Or any role where building relationships and delivering excellent service are important.
Most importantly, we are looking for someone who enjoys helping people, takes pride in delivering a great service and wants to build a long-term career.
