This is a key role in the business, being the first point of contact for many of our customers and supporting our busy sales team day-to-day.
Summary
You’ll be right at the heart of the action — speaking to customers, booking appointments, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
This includes:
- Answering calls and handling customer enquiries
- Booking and managing sales appointments on our CRM system (Auxo)
- Supporting the sales team with admin and customer info
- Welcoming customers into the showroom
- Keeping the sales diary organised and up to date
- Making sure no lead or enquiry is missed
What We’re Looking For
We want someone who:
- Has a great attitude and enjoys working with people
- Is organised and reliable
- Can handle a busy environment with confidence
- Has a friendly, professional phone manner
- Is a team player and not afraid to ask for help
Experience is great — but attitude is everything.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
