We are seeking a dedicated and professional Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality massage treatments to clients, promoting relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand individual needs and preferences.
- Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and aromatherapy massages.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic treatment environment in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Keep detailed records of treatments provided and client progress.
- Advise clients on post-treatment care and recommend suitable therapies for ongoing wellness.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximise client satisfaction and clinic productivity.
- Uphold professional standards of conduct, confidentiality, and client care at all times.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Massage Therapist or similar role within a wellness or healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of human anatomy is essential to ensure safe and effective treatments.
- Certification from a recognised massage therapy programme is required.
- Enhance DBS is required including vaild insurance
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to create a relaxing environment for clients.
- Ability to adapt techniques based on individual client needs and preferences.
- A genuine passion for promoting health and well-being through therapeutic massage practices.
