Hours: 8:00am – 4:00pm
We are a growing construction and property maintenance company looking for experienced and reliable Multi-Traders to join our team. We offer both day-rate and price work opportunities, providing excellent earning potential for skilled and productive tradespeople.
The role involves carrying out maintenance, repairs, void property refurbishments, and installation work across residential and commercial properties, including council-owned properties, housing association projects, void properties, and private residential work.
We are looking for tradespeople who take pride in their work, can work independently, and consistently deliver a high standard of workmanship and customer service.
The ideal candidate will have experience in some or all of the following:
- Void property refurbishments
- Kitchen fitting
- Bathroom installations
- Painting and decorating
- Tiling and grouting
- Basic plumbing
- Carpentry (doors, skirting, flooring and repairs)
- Plastering (small and large areas)
- Fascia, soffit and guttering installations and repairs
- General property maintenance and refurbishment
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out maintenance, repair and refurbishment works to a high standard
- Complete full and partial void property refurbishments
- Work within occupied and void properties
- Carry out kitchen, bathroom and general property maintenance works
- Work on council, housing association and private residential projects
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations
- Maintain accurate job records and photographs where required
- Communicate professionally with tenants, residents and clients
- Keep work areas clean, safe and organised
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Multi-Trader
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
- Own tools and transport (essential)
- Public Liability Insurance (essential)
- Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Professional and customer-focused approach
Desirable:
- Experience working within social housing, council or housing association properties
- Experience completing void property refurbishments
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a relevant trade
- CSCS Card
- Asbestos Awareness Training
- Manual Handling or Working at Height certification
- Experience working in occupied properties
