THE ROLE
As a Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality paint finishes across a variety of vehicles while maintaining manufacturer and industry standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing vehicles and panels for paint application
- Mixing and colour matching paints accurately
- Applying primer, basecoat and clearcoat finishes
- Carrying out paint refinishing work to a high standard
- Identifying and rectifying paint defects where required
- Ensuring all work is completed within agreed timescales
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Working closely with bodyshop colleagues to ensure efficient vehicle turnaround
ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a busy accident repair centre or Bodyshop environment and take pride in delivering quality workmanship.
- Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer, Paint Technician or Paint Refinisher
- Strong knowledge of modern paint application techniques
- Experience working within a Bodyshop or accident repair environment
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Full UK Driving Licence preferred
