What You’ll Be Doing:
- Welcoming customers with a warm, professional approach—both in-person and via phone/email
- Handling service and repair bookings efficiently, ensuring customer needs are fully understood
- Coordinating courtesy vehicle allocation and managing smooth vehicle handovers
- Liaising closely with workshop technicians to keep customers informed and vehicles on schedule
- Proactively identifying and upselling additional services, repairs, warranties, and service plans
- Maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and delivering five-star service
What You Bring:
- Experience in a similar Service Advisor role within a main dealership environment
- Confident communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organised under pressure
- A proactive attitude, with a drive to hit targets and exceed expectations
- A full UK driving license is essential
