About the Role
The Supply Pool is recruiting School Support Workers to work across partner schools in Stoke-on-Trent. The schools we work with are part of the Shaw Education Trust, serving pupils across all key stages.
This is an excellent opportunity for graduates or individuals with experience in education who are eager to begin a fulfilling career supporting teaching and learning.
You will assist teachers in the classroom, support pupils’ learning and development, and help maintain a positive and structured learning environment.

What You’ll Need
✅ A degree or relevant qualification in education or a related field
✅ Experience working with children in an educational setting (paid or voluntary)
✅ Confidence supporting behaviour and assisting with classroom routines
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Genuine passion for education and child development
✅ Current DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply
✅ Proof of right to work in the UK
