Duties:
- Greeting customers and providing excellent customer service
- Answering telephone calls and booking appointments
- Managing invoices and basic administrative tasks
- Handling customer enquiries and payments
- Maintaining a clean and organised reception area
Requirements:
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work in a busy environment
- Previous reception or administrative experience preferred but not essential
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
