Auctioneer / Auction Team Member

Are you a confident communicator who enjoys engaging with people? We're looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our auction team. No previous auctioneering experience is required – we'll provide full training for the right candidate.

About the Role
As part of our auction team, you will:
- Conduct live auctions and engage with bidders
- Present on camera during our online auctions
- Process and manage live bids during auctions
- Carry out essential auction support tasks during sales
- Work closely with the wider auction team to ensure every auction runs smoothly
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
- A confident and engaging communicator
- Comfortable speaking in front of people and on camera
- Enthusiastic, reliable and keen to learn
- Organised and able to work as part of a team
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
No auctioneering experience is necessary – full training will be provided.
Hours
- 2–5 days per week
- Monday to Friday
- Must be flexible
Salary
£26,000 per annum (pro rata)
