Key Responsibilities
- Provide emotional, practical, and advocacy support to service users.
- Assist with personal care, including hygiene, meal preparation, and daily living tasks.
- Support individuals with medication in line with company policies.
- Promote independence through guidance, training, and encouragement.
- Develop, implement, and review person-centred care plans.
- Support individuals to engage in community, social, and leisure activities.
- Maintain accurate records and complete administrative duties.
- Liaise with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders.
- Ensure a safe, supportive, and person-centred care environment.
- Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and organisational policies.

Requirements
- Minimum 6 months’ experience in a care or support role.
- Experience supporting individuals with mental health needs, learning disabilities, or challenging behaviours.
- Basic IT skills for record-keeping and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- GCSEs or equivalent including English and Maths (A-Level desirable).
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
- Understanding of safeguarding, health and safety, and care practices.
- Enhanced DBS clearance.
- Physical ability to carry out care-related tasks.
- Right to work in the UK.
