Female Community Care Assistant Driver - Full Time

Pay: £13.50/hour weekdays | £14/hour weekends | £20.25 Bank Holiday |
Paid mileage and travel time, induction, pension, Blue Light Card, uniform provided

Regular clients and local runs where possible.
The Role
We are looking for reliable carers who want stable long-term work and genuinely enjoy building relationships with people in the community.
You’ll be supporting a small number of service users - both younger and older adults - in the Yate, Frampton Cotterell, Winterbourne, Emersons Green areas.
Your work will include:
- Providing personal care such as washing, dressing, and medication prompts
- Offering companionship, conversation, and emotional support
- Supporting with meal preparation and light domestic tasks
- Accompanying clients to appointments, shops, or community activities
- Encouraging independence and confidence in daily life
- Maintaining accurate and respectful care records

What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Previous experience in domiciliary, residential, or community care
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own car
- Good spoken and written English
- Flexibility to work a mix of mornings, evenings, and alternate weekends
Desirable:
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
- Experience supporting clients with personal care or complex needs
- Confident in providing companionship and promoting independence
