Duties as a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor
- Supervising a large cleaning team within the Essex area which includes covering sickness, holidays, auditing and stock checks
- Ensuring cleaning standards are maintained across the sites
- Following health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Ensuring strong working relationship with operatives
- Working as part of a team
Job role requirements as a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor
- Do you have a minimum 2 year Supervisory experience, managing a team of Cleaners?
- Do you have a full UK drivers license?
- Do you have knowledge of COSHH?
- Do you have a good eye for detail?
- Are you reliable and trustworthy?
- Can you work well with a team?
- Do you take pride in your work?
- Are you flexible to meet needs of the business?
