Job Title: Sales Representative – Powder Coating
Location: Heckmondwike
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8am till 4pm
Friday 8am till 3pm
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in the powder coating industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business within manufacturing, engineering, and fabrication sectors
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Conduct customer visits and present powder coating solutions
- Prepare quotations
- Provide regular sales updates and pipeline reports
Requirements
- Sales experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet monthly performance targets
- Self-motivated, organised, and target-driven
- In house training
- Full driving licence as you will be going out in the company car to go meet potential customers.
- Must be 25+ years old due to car insurance requirement.

- Commission structure – to be discussed at interview
- 6-month probation period.
