Self-Employed Group Coach: Revamp Hadleigh

We're looking for a self-employed coach to deliver group sessions at our Hadleigh studio. You bring the energy and the coaching craft. We bring a full studio, a warm community of members, and a brand built on doing things properly.
This is a regular, part-time sessional role of 4 to 16 hours per week, depending on the person. At our studio, you commit to a set of weekly sessions, and you deliver them inside an environment that takes hospitality and results as seriously as you do.

What We're Looking For
You'll be a great fit if you:
- Hold a Level 3 Personal Training qualification.
- Carry your own public liability and professional indemnity insurance.
- Love coaching groups and know how to make a session feel personal.
- Build relationships quickly and make people feel cared for.
- Are reliable, professional, and take ownership of your work.
- Care deeply about doing the right thing, even when it's hard.
- Want to coach somewhere that backs you and shares your standards.
The Arrangement
This is a genuine self-employed role, so it's worth being clear on how it works:
- You operate as a self-employed contractor and invoice Revamp for the sessions you deliver.
- You're paid a set rate per session, agreed in advance.
- You're responsible for your own tax and National Insurance.
- You hold your own coaching insurance and qualifications.
- You commit to a regular schedule of agreed weekly sessions, between 4 and 16 hours.
