We're looking for a Cleaning Operative who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to cleaning schedules.
Contract: Permanent
Type: Full-time
Hours: 48 per week
Shift Pattern: 4 days on 4 days off 12 hours per day
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Location: Wychavon Council, Oat Street, Worcester, Worcestershire, England, WR11 4PJ
Mobile driving to the following locations. Pershore, Droitwich, Evesham & Broadway.

Role Responsibilities:
- Open, closing and cleaning of Wychavon district councils public toilets.
- Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order
- Meet all agreed SLAs and follow cleaning schedules
- Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area and understand cleaning equipment and chemicals used
- Follow Health and Safety requirements and complete all required training
- Work effectively within a team and independently, delivering excellent customer service
- Cleaning your designated site 3 times per day to a high standard.
What we're looking for:
- Ability to communicate and read basic English
- Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
- Flexible and proactive approach to work
- Open, honest, self-driven, and determined attitude
- Reliable and hardworking with a professional demeanor
- Driving license is required and a company van will be provided on shift.
