Our customer based in Alfreton is looking for additional HGV Class 2 drivers due to an increase in business levels.
ADHOC work is available but permanent job offers can be made to the right candidates.
Start times vary but Day Shifts will be between 0400 and 0900 Monday to Friday and PM Shifts between 1500 and 2000.
Some weekend work does crop up but not expected or essential. Rate depends on vehicle class and shift worked.
Immediate starts are available.
Pay rates -
£14.50 PAYE (Days)
£16.36 PAYE inc Holiday Pay (Days)
£15.75 PAYE (Nights)
£17.77 PAYE inc Holiday Pay (Nights)
Desired skills/info:
- Previous experience on driving HGV Vehicles
- Good geographical knowledge of the UK
- Up to date CPC / Digi & Licence cards specific to the role
- The ability to complete paperwork correctly and keep to delivery schedules where possible
- Able to complete vehicle checks in line with UK law
