We are looking for F&B servers with a friendly smile and a positive and courteous attitude to join our Food and Beverage team in our luxury boutique hotel in Belgravia, London.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum High school degree, sanitation and food safety training will be considered a plus
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Friendly personality and positive attitude
- Courteous demeanour towards guests and coworkers
- Professional appearance
- Related previous experience in food and beverage operations, making cocktails and all kinds of coffee
- Commitment to providing an exceptional guest experience
- Have a hands - on attitude
- To be fairly flexible with your schedule, supporting the needs of the Food and Beverage department
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests upon arrival and promptly seat them, take food and beverage orders, meet any special requirements or requests
- Establish a full knowledge of menu items, ingredients and daily specials to respond to guest inquiries and make suggestions.
- Keep tables clean and tidy at all times
- Deliver cheques and collect payments
- Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff and front office
- Adhere to all relevant health department rules and regulations and all customer service guide lines
