Nursery Manager – Ealing, London W13
Salary: Up to £40,000 per year (depending on experience and qualifications)
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday | Shifts between 8:00am-6:00pm
Contract: Permanent, all year round - Please note: we cannot accommodate term-time or school-hours working.

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a passionate Nursery Manager to join our well-established bilingual Montessori nursery in Ealing, London W13.
Our welcoming 60-place setting caters for children aged 0-5 years and is located in a quiet residential area within walking distance of two train stations, making it ideal for both drivers and non-drivers. We proudly embrace the Montessori approach, encouraging independence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning. This is a hands-on role combining both office and room-based responsibilities, perfect for a manager who enjoys supporting their team while remaining actively involved with the children and daily nursery life.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the nursery team to deliver outstanding care and education
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery
- Support staff development and promote a positive team culture
- Implement Montessori principles throughout the setting
- Ensure compliance with EYFS, safeguarding, health & safety, and Ofsted requirements
- Build strong partnerships with parents, families, and the wider community
About You
- Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
- Previous experience as a Deputy Manager or Nursery Manager
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Passion for early childhood education and child development
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Sound knowledge of safeguarding and health & safety requirements
- Eligible to work in the UK
