Location: 3-bed EBD Children’s Home in the West Midlands
Role: Providing Therapeutic Care with leadership responsibilities

Your Role & Responsibilities:
✔ Lead shifts with confidence and responsibility
✔ Build safe, nurturing relationships with children and young people
✔ Be a role model—showing kindness, resilience, and creativity
✔ Support therapeutic care using the PACE model
✔ Work closely with external professionals and the wider team
✔ Ensure clear documentation and decision-making in line with policies
✔ Help children with daily tasks—bringing fun and imagination into their lives

Essential Requirements:
✅ 1+ years in a team leader/shift leader role
✅ 2+ years in residential childcare
✅ Level 3 Diploma in Children’s Residential Care (or equivalent)
✅ Must be 21+ (No sponsorship available)
