A secondary school in Southampton is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sports Coach through our education recruitment agency.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced coach, sports graduate, or individual with a passion for physical education to make a positive impact on young people's development, health, and wellbeing.
The Role
- Deliver high-quality sports and physical activity sessions to pupils.
- Support PE lessons and extracurricular sports clubs.
- Encourage participation, teamwork, confidence, and healthy lifestyles.
- Assist teaching staff in promoting positive behaviour and engagement.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable learning environment.
Requirements
- Experience coaching children or young people.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and professional approach.
- Relevant coaching qualifications are desirable.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
