We're a friendly, ambitious, and growing independent bodyshop in Crewe looking for an experienced Vehicle Paint Sprayer to join our close-knit team.

Our work is varied, ranging from minor bumper repairs and SMART repairs through to full vehicle resprays, so no two days are the same.
What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing vehicles and panels ready for paint
- Sanding, masking, and priming panels
- Mixing paint using a spectrophotometer
- Applying high-quality paint finishes, including metallics, pearls, and three-stage pearl systems
- Inspecting completed work to ensure the highest standards
- Working efficiently while maintaining excellent attention to detail
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer in a bodyshop environment
- Excellent preparation and spraying skills
- A strong eye for detail and commitment to quality
- Pride in producing first-class work
- A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team
- Reliability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic
What We Offer
- Competitive salary of £40,000–£45,000, depending on experience
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
- No weekend work
- Optional overtime available
