Senior Care Worker with On-Call Duties
Live Life Care is seeking capable and enthusiastic ladies and gentlemen, to join our well-established domiciliary care team. We have created Senior Carer positions in Truro, Redruth & Camborne.

About the Role
We're looking for someone who understands what excellent care looks like and can lead our team of Carers to deliver outstanding service to all our Service Users. When working as the On-Call Senior, you'll be the main point of contact for your team and the Service Users they support. When not On-Call you will have agreed shifts, delivering care in the community, mentoring new workers and supervising your team.
We work on a Week 1 & Week 2 basis. We recommend that you have 4 days off, including every other weekend, during this 2 Week cycle. This is not set in stone, we are open to more or less days off, for the right candidate.

- Competitive salary: You will earn in excess of £34k per year, with the option to pick up extra shifts if desired
- Flexible working: Negotiable days and hours to suit your needs. You will work a mixture of early and late shifts. This job role does require working every other weekend
