Administrator (Part-Time Afternoons) - Edinburgh
The rewards
- £13.00 per hour plus holiday pay
Hours
- Part-time — 12:30pm to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (22.5 hours per week)
- Fully on-site — City Centre Edinburgh
- Ongoing month-to-month temporary role
The role of Administrator:
- Opening incoming mail, scanning documents and files into the electronic filing system, ensuring they are appropriately logged and distributed to the correct team
- Collecting, preparing and sending outgoing post and couriers daily, including the daily Post Office drop
- Covering the front desk Reception during the Receptionist's lunch hour from 1:00pm to 2:00pm daily
- Providing administration support across a number of teams and functions within the office
The ideal Administrator:
- Previous experience within an Administrator role — essential
- Document scanning experience — advantageous
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- First class organisation skills with ability to prioritise and complete a busy workload
- Solid IT skills including the full MS Office suite, with ability to pick up new systems quickly
