Location: Rainham
Contract: Temporary, ongoing
Hours: 40 hours per week
Rate: £23.62 per hour (Umbrella)

We’re looking for an experienced Multi‑Trade Plumber to carry out responsive repairs and void works across social housing properties in the Rainham area.
Key duties include:
- Plumbing repairs and maintenance in tenanted and void properties
- Minor multi‑trade works (carpentry, patch plastering, tiling, making good)
- Providing a professional, customer‑focused service
Requirements:
- Proven plumbing and multi‑trade experience (social housing preferred)
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to obtain a DBS check
