Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across channels including social media, email, SEO, Google Ads, and B2B platforms.
- Manage content creation and editing using dealership software and copywriting skills to produce engaging materials aligned with brands and company voice.
- Oversee website management, ensuring content is current, engaging, optimised for SEO, and user-friendly.
- Analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analysis tools; prepare reports to inform strategic decisions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with organisational goals through effective management.
- Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring brand reputation.
- Implement email marketing strategies to nurture leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Lead B2B and B2C marketing efforts by developing targeted campaigns that foster business and customer partnerships.
- Utilise Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for data analysis, presentations, and documentation.
- Demonstrate leadership in managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high organisational standards.
- Ensure excellent communication skills are maintained when liaising with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.

- The position is based in Stafford, but could involve occasional travel out of the UK into Europe and we also attend annual trade shows at the NEC in Birmingham, Goodwood and possibly other UK venues.
