RME Consultants are working with a business in Reading to find a Sales Executive to join their growing team. Are you a people person who has a passion for sales?
Role: Sales Executive
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum + commission
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, Full time office based
Contract: Permanent
Location: Reading, Berkshire
Main Duties for the Sales Executive:
- Opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to existing accounts
- Prospect and qualify potential opportunities through phone outreach
- Manage the entire sales cycle eventually, from lead generation to closing deals with both existing and new accounts
- Discuss, advise, and provide quotations to clients for their project requirements
- Maintain strong working relationships with suppliers, negotiating costs as needed
- Responsible for maintaining margins to achieve monthly and quarterly gross profit targets
Experience requirement for the Sales Executive:
- 2 years B2B sales experience
- Target-driven, ambitious, and motivated to earn a substantial salary
- Possess a positive, self-motivated, and hunter mentality
