An exciting opportunity has opened at our new flagship store, launching soon in Livingston.
We’re building a strong, passionate kitchen team and are recruiting Chefs at all levels- from Commis and Prep Chefs through to Chef de Partie and Sous Chef level.
Our concept brings together retail meal production, a fresh grill menu, deli offerings, and seasonal specials- all built around quality ingredients and a farm shop feel with town centre convenience. This is a fantastic opportunity to join from the beginning and grow with the business.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes for our grill and deli
- Producing fresh retail meals and ready-to-cook products
- Supporting menu development and seasonal specials
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety standards
- Working collaboratively to deliver consistency and quality
We’re looking for individuals who:
- Have experience in a professional kitchen (level dependent)
- Are passionate about fresh, quality ingredients
- Thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- Take pride in presentation, organisation, and consistency

Pay: £12.44-£14.00 per hour
