Complex Care Healthcare Assistant Job - Dartford, Kent
Unity Care Solutions is recruiting experienced and compassionate Healthcare Assistants to support a client requiring complex paediatrics care in Dartford, Kent.
As a Complex Care Healthcare Assistant, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care within the client’s home environment, supporting their daily clinical and personal care needs. Candidates must have experience in paediatric care and tracheostomy care to safely meet the client’s complex healthcare requirements.
Flexible Shift Patterns Available
We have a range of shifts available to suit your availability, including:
- Weekday Night shifts
- Weekend Night shifts
We are looking for Healthcare Assistants who can commit to regular shifts to ensure consistency and continuity of care.

Essential Requirements
To be successful in this Healthcare Assistant role, you will:
- Have previous experience in complex care
- Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
- Have the right to work in the UK (please note: visa sponsorship is not available)
