Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, sharp, and proactive Executive Personal Assistant to serve as a key trusted partner for our Managing Director/Director in London.
This is a fast-paced role designed for someone with strong common sense, a highly adaptable mindset, and the grit to "run fast and grow the business together" as our UK operations and education center scale up.
We value sharp logic, high attention to detail, and a strong willingness to learn far above specific administrative years of experience. This role will involve supporting the Director with UK HR administration and financial reporting. Prior experience or knowledge in HR and Finance is a strong bonus, but NOT a must. We place a high premium on a candidate's ability to grasp business logic and basic operational concepts quickly, making system navigation and report generation easily adaptable.
Responsibilities
- Direct Executive Support: Provide high-trust, direct assistance to the Director, including managing schedules, coordinating daily priorities, and preparing key business documents.
- UK HR & Finance Support: Assist the Director with UK human resources administration and utilize internal systems to generate and review internal operational and financial reports.
- Business Development & Presentation Support: Conduct market research and utilize your excellent presentation skills to help draft and refine materials for our growing education center and local business projects.
- Project Coordination: Act as a proactive problem-solver, stepping in to coordinate diverse, fast-moving administrative and business tasks as assigned.
- Shared Office Environment: Adopt a true "one-team" approach. by assisting with any internal tasks or projects as assigned by the Director to meet evolving business needs. Rather than managing standard office chores alone, you will collaborate with the existing core team to jointly maintain a professional office environment.
Requirements
- Core Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail (very detail-minded), strong organizational skills, and the absolute ability to work under pressure.
- Business Acumen: Strong common sense with a solid understanding of business logic and basic operational concepts.
- Communication & Presentation: Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to represent executive thoughts clearly.
- Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in BOTH Cantonese AND Mandarin (verbal and written) for effective internal communication. Proficiency in English is required.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree is required.

Hybrid working: 1 day work from home/week
